If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

For customers in the European Union, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
