Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging to ensure your items meet our standards before shipment. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3–6 business days, depending on the shipping destination and the efficiency of the courier service.

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as high seasonal demand, customs inspections, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Orakzai Collections cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as the order is shipped, allowing them to monitor the progress of their delivery.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, email orakzaicollections@gmail.com for approval before sending your item. Damaged or incorrect orders should be reported immediately.

Certain items—such as sale items, gift cards, custom orders, perishables, personal care items, and hazardous materials—are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval, and EU customers may return within 14 days under the same conditions.
